Refund policy

At LaFille Gallery, we take great care in producing unique, high-quality artwork and wearable pieces.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will offer either a refund or a complimentary reprint/replacement.

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders: Orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded at product cost only.

  • No Exchanges or Returns: Because each piece is produced individually and often custom-made, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than defects or damage.
