Le Tigre is a tiger carved in concrete relief in Balma, France, the first of Tiffany’s great cats. He moves through water with a steady gaze, his whiskers made from guitar strings and beaded with epoxy droplets. He stands for the things we carry without knowing why, until the day they find their place. The original won awards in France and now hangs in a private collection in East Lansing. This print is a giclée of that relief on 100% cotton paper, so the carving and the ridges of the water hold at full size. Each one is signed and numbered by hand. Two hundred fifty made. Comes with the story card.
